When you select an ISA Certified Arborist® for your tree work, you know you are hiring someone who has been trained in the art and science of tree care. Our Certified Arborists have earned their credentials from the International Society of Arboriculture. This means that they’ve studied tree biology, diagnosis, maintenance practices, safety, and other areas involved in tree care. Certified Arborists have to pass tests in all these areas, plus keep up with continuing education. They also have to follow the ISA Code of Ethics.

Stump Grinding
Do you have an unsightly or hazardous stump on your property? We can safely remove any stump you have in your yard or on your property for any reason, and whenever we do tree removal we’ll make sure to remove the stump as well.
Our method of using a rototiller for stump grinding, along with our expertise as certified ISA arborists, means that your yard will not be left with a massive hole: instead, the hole will be filled neatly with wood shavings and soil and no longer be a hazard or ugly blemish on your yard.

Thinning/Wind Sail Reduction
In the Northwest there’s a running debate about whether evergreens benefit from what’s called “wind sail” reduction. The purpose is to thin out the top of the tree to let the wind move more freely through the upper branches.
